Orders are accepted subject to the following conditions:

1. A signed PaperWorks order form constitutes a firm order, subject to the client’s signed approval of the proof.

2. Every endeavour will be made to supply the DL colour cards within 21 working days of the client’s approval of the proof.

3. All prices are effective only for orders received by March 31, 2004.

4. GST is included in prices.

5. No returns will be accepted without PaperWorks approval.

6. PaperWorks maximum liability is limited to the net invoice value of each item under claim.

7. No claims will be recognised due to any financial or other loss sustained by the client or his customer/s.

8. Claims for in-transit damage must be made immediately following receipt of goods at delivery point.

9. No claims will be considered unless received within five days of delivery.

10. PaperWorks reserves the right to replace the goods which in its opinion are defective but may, at its discretion, credit the client with the price payable for the subject goods.

11. PaperWorks trading terms are net 30 days, except where invoices are otherwise marked.

12. All orders to be printed or manufactured to client’s special requirements will be subject to a variation of quantity over or under the order quantity and shall be accepted as fulfillment of order and be paid for proportionately.
